The Muslim world in general . I did not hear the program but I can appreciate the strategic subtlety behind the terrorists actions . The unknown factor is the overall response of that Muslim world . Just how marginal are their positions/ tolerances ? This is war-fare like no other .We saw the effectiveness of 5th columnists in the 2nd World War and beyond into the Cold War but this is something quite different . Even wihout nuclear weapons the power house Western economies can be crippled .It is a time for charismatic leadership on all sides . No half-baked decisions by those leaders !
