David, I'm a fan of the environment but I believe the Kyoto Protocol to be a load of balony. The Green/environmental movement is full of statists wanting to control us all. Objectivity among them is rare, just like in organized religion, which it is i guess. To change the subject, have you ever read any neo-tech writings? www.neo-tech.com Freaky stuff.
