The tradition of discipleship from Christ, through the Apostles and the early Church Fathers, along with the tutelage of the Holy Spirit, enabled the early Church to correctly discern which of the books in circulation were the tried and true Word of God. Those which later received official recognition as canon were the only sources used to formulate the Nicene Creed of 325 AD, only after which time canon and creed became mutually reinforcing.

The doctrine of the Trinity was not some 12th century "add-on". Evidence for it is spread throughout the Bible, and it was taught from the earliest period of the Church.

"In 553 A.D. the Second Synod [church council] of Constantinople deleted from the Bible Jesus' references to reincarnation."

As far as I can tell, the closest this comes to the truth is that some of Origen's teachings - he believed in reincarnation - were anathematised by this council.

I wouldn't take any more of what William Bramley has to say at face value.
